For the fifth time, the Ełk Cultural Centre encourages artists from Ełk and the region to participate in the "Ełk Culture Zone" programme. It is a program that supports valuable cultural initiatives. Its task is also to promote professional and non-professional artists.

Program is open to natural persons, adults and minors (with the written consent of a full guardian), from Ełk and the region, acting for the benefit of the inhabitants of Ełk and people conducting artistic activities.

Applications are accepted until March 27, 2026 at the e-mail address: sekretariat@eck.elk.pl. In the title of the message, you should write "Ełk Culture Zone, Edition V- 2026".

The aim of the project is:

1. To support the implementation of valuable cultural initiatives – artistic and/or educational, in the field of visual arts, music, dance, theatre, film, literature, cultural education and others, which will be presented in the space made available by the Organiser.
2. Promotion of professional and non-professional artists who carry out their own cultural activities for the benefit of the Ełk audience.
