As a result of the call for proposals under the of the ministerial programme of the Minister of Family, Labour and Social Policy "Assistant personal data of persons with disabilities" for Local Government Units - 2026 edition in the period from 04 November 2025 to 19 November 2025 to Municipal Social Welfare Center in Ełk, 204 application forms were received.

From November to December 2025 All reports were verified, of which 120 people were granted services 82 people were placed on the reserve list, during the verification, 2 people died.

Total the amount of the task implementation PLN 1,681,974.88, of which:

• funds from the Solidarity Fund in as part of the ministerial programme of the Minister of Family, Labour and Social Policy "Personal Assistant of a Person with Disability" Programme for Units Local Government – 2026 edition in the amount of PLN 1,354,808.88.  
• own funds for the implementation of the task in the amount of PLN 327,166.00.

Assistant services were commissioned to a non-governmental organisation on the basis of the Act of 24 April 2003 on Public Benefit Activities and on volunteering – St. Lazarus Humanitarian Aid Association based in Ełku, 19-300 Ełk, ul.
