Psi Park is one of the projects selected for implementation under the Ełk Budget Obywatelskiego - 2025 edition. According to the originators, it is to be a space for animals to play, but also a place for meetings and integration of pets and their owners.

The facility will be built on the corner of Jana Kilińskiego and Grajewska streets in Ełk.

contractor for the investment was selected through a tender procedure. On May 27, the contract was signed. Psi Park will be built by a company from Ełk: Przedsiębiorstwo Usługowo-Handlowe ALMA Piotr Sokołowski.

As part of the investment:

• earthworks will be carried out, including soil replacement
• , pedestrian routes with a surface of concrete and sand cubes
• , a fence will be built with 2 gates – with a total length of over 115 running meters

• water supply system will be built along with connection

• be installed and the lighting will be put into operation of the area and monitoring
• , elements of small architecture will be installed, including m.in: park benches, garbage cans, a board with regulations
• dog park. The investment envisages m.in:
  - installation of toilets for
  dogs- installation of balance beams for dogs
  - installation of hoops for variable jumping
  heights- installation of slalom
  posts- installation of jumping
  bars- installation of a set of platforms As

part of the investment, lawns with an area of almost 1200 m2. There will also be new plantings - deciduous trees - a total of 8 pieces.

According to the provisions of the contract, the contractor has 120 days to implement the investment - Psi Park should therefore be ready at the end of September. The investment will cost PLN 465,000.

This is the first stage of work in which the training part will be created. In the following years, it is planned to expand the facility with more zones.
