Heating voucher

In accordance with the Act of 12 September 2025 on the heating voucher and on the amendment of certain acts to limit the amount of electricity prices, the Municipality of Ełk informs that if the single-component net heat price in the municipality does not exceed PLN 170/GJ, applications for the payment of the heating voucher are left unexamined.
The single-component prices of system heat in force in the City of Ełk are lower than the statutory threshold of PLN 170/GJ net.
Therefore, the submission of applications in the period from 1 July 2026 to 31 August 2026. is irrelevant, and the submitted applications will be left unexamined.
The information was published in accordance with the obligation arising from the Act.
