You can draw water without a permit if:

• you do it is on your plot,
• you use for the needs of the home or household,
• No you exceed 5 m³ per day on average per year.

You need permission when:

• you download more water than 5 m³ per day on average per year,
• you use in its business.

Construction of the well:

• to 30 m for own needs – no permit required
• above 30 m – it is necessary to obtain a permit.

Excessive water abstraction, especially in period of precipitation shortage lowers the level of groundwater, increases the risk of drying up wells and soils, exacerbates the effects of drought, may limit access to water intended for consumption. That is why it is so important to comply with the applicable limits and rational use of water.
