Competition of the local government of the city of Ełk for NGOs: "Meals for those in need 2026 - second call"

On August 6, 2026, the Mayor of the City of Ełk announces an open competition for bids entitled: "Meals for those in need 2026 - second call"

Bids may be submitted by non-governmental organizations and entities referred to in Article 3(3) of the Act of 24 April 2003 on Public Benefit Activities and Volunteering.

All matters related to the conduct of the competition, i.e. announcing competitions, submitting bids, formal and substantive evaluation, selection of bids, negotiation of contract terms and signing, implementation of tasks, and reporting, is carried out using the

service www.witkac.pl (http://www.witkac.pl/).

The task will be commissioned in the form of entrustment.

No own contribution is required.

Deadline for the implementation of tasks: timeframe from 18 September to 31 December 2026Deadline

for

submission of tenders: from 7 to 31 August 2026

The deadline for formal and substantive evaluation is up to 30 calendar days from the date of submission of the offer.

The deadline for deciding on the offer (selection, grant amount and approval of the task to be implemented) is up to 40 calendar days from the date of submission of the offer.

Place of implementation of the task: the city of Ełk, the area of the country.

The amount of funds from the city budget for the implementation of tasks is PLN 49,960.
