Public consultations on the draft of the local spatial development plan Ełk – Parkowa Beach

Draft plan together with the environmental impact forecast shall be subject to consultation from 14 September 2026 to 12 October 2026 year.
Therefore, in the seat of the Ełk City Hall, Marsz. J. Piłsudskiego 4, will be run by:
- consultation points, which will take place on:
- 16 September 2026 in room 234, from 15.00 to 16.30
- 29 September 2026 in room 232, from 15.00 to 16.30
- On-call designers, which will take place from 3:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. on:
- September 23, 2026 at 877326259 or by e-mail um@um.elk.pl
- October 6, 2026 at 877326152 or by e-mail um@um.elk.pl
At the seat of the Office City of Ełk, during the public consultations, you can also get acquainted with the necessary documentation of the case, in addition, the draft local plan is available in the Public Information Bulletin in the tab "Planning and development spatial" and under link.
An open meeting on the solutions adopted in the draft local plan will be held 30 September 2026 (Wednesday) in from 3:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. in room no. 235 of the City Hall.
Collecting comments will take place by 12 October 2026. Comments can only be submitted on the form form (available in the Public Information Bulletin, at the seat of the City Hall and download below): in writing and submit to the Service Office office (room 02), and after office hours at the duty of the Guard Miejskia (room 102) or in electronic form.
