A newly renovated building directly on Lake Lipińskie (5m from the water, so an attractive view), a former fisherman's lodge, on a large plot of 1.1 ha. in the vicinity of the forest. Two piers, a shelter with a barbecue, a place for a bonfire, a playground for children and the possibility of renting tourist equipment provide the possibility of recreation and fishing. On the arcade of the building, equipped with garden furniture, there is a stationary grill, also adapted for smoking fish, which can be bought directly from the fisherman. On the ground floor there is a spacious interior with a kitchenette and a bathroom, as well as a living room with a fireplace and TV. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms (two double beds and two double beds) and a toilet. Year-round facility. Pets – to be agreed;
