The new building is located directly on the Łaśmiady Lake. A wooden porch topped with a terrace with an attractive view of the lake leads to the interior. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with a fireplace, TV, kitchenette and bathroom. Upstairs 2 double bedrooms, one triple bedroom, bathroom and large terrace. There is a fisherman's lodge on the property, hence the possibility of buying fresh fish straight from the lake and fishing permits, and in the nearby Ełk also smoked fish. Guests have at their disposal a pier and a private beach near the cottage on a promontory with an area of 0.5 ha.
The price for the cottage is 600 PLN/day. It will be increased if more people are accommodated (1-2 people – sofa bed). Check-in starts at 3:00 p.m. and ends at 10:00 a.m. At the time of booking, a deposit of 20% of the total amount due must be paid to the account: Farms. The transfer should include your name, surname, address, place of rental and date of stay. On arrival, we charge a deposit to cover any damages, which will be returned upon receipt of the keys. Minimum stay – one week. The facility is rented from the end of April to the end of September.
Pets – to be agreed; recreational equipment according to the price list on the Farm's website.

We offer long-term rental of the cottage on convenient terms: for the season or all year round (heating – fireplace with distribution + electric).
