Co-financing of employers' education costs for juvenile employees in 2026 from the Labour Fund, for
which the Municipality of Ełk received in July
financial resources in the amount of PLN 20,144.67.
W In 2026, an agreement was signed with the mark: ZK.3146.3.10.2026 between the Warmian-Masurian Voivode, represented by the Warmian-Masurian Superintendent Education and the Municipality of the City of Ełk, the subject of which is to determine the transfer of funds from the State Special-Purpose Fund – Labour Fund, to subsidize the costs of educating young people to employers employees.
Employer employing a juvenile employee residing in the City of Ełk may apply for co-financing of the costs of his/her education on the terms set out in Article 122 of the Act of 14 December 2016 on the Law on School Education. The co-financing received is an aid de minimis aid.
The case is run by the Department of Education of the Ełk City Hall.
