In May 2019, the four leading institutions of the region's business environment The Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship began a joint implementation of the project: "Warmian-Masurian STARTUP INCUBATOR".
The project was designed to develop young businesses in the region Warmia and Mazury. Through the realization of the project we want to reduce and to cover the comprehensive support of young entrepreneurs who are Providing them with the knowledge and tools to effectively implement Innovative solutions.
The services for entrepreneurs within the project have been Composed to support the process from the idea by examining the needs of Potential customers to develop a business model and to Designing a prototype.

The incubation coordinated by the PNT in Elk is foreseen for 8 SMES and will continue – in the period 09.2019 – 07.2020.
