In 2024, the following agreement was signed: PS-I.946.3.10.2024 between the Voivode of Warmia and Mazury and the Municipality of the City of Ełk, the subject of which is the transfer of funds from the State Special Purpose Fund – Labour Fund, intended for the subsidising the costs of training young workers for employers in the total amount of PLN 383,680.00.
Employer employing a juvenile an employee residing in the City of Ełk may apply for co-financing of the costs of his/her education in accordance with the rules laid down in Article 122 Act of 14 December 2016. Law on School Education (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 900, 1718, 1672, 2005). The subsidy received is state aid constituting de minimis aid.
