Bike and walk through the Wilderness Romincką

Puszcza romincka landscape park is to serve the protection of the natural values, historical and landscape values. The area are mainly forests of Puszcza Rominckiej which is the North border of the Polish-Russian border, and from the South and the East embankment of the railway line from the beginning of the 20th century.

The whole of the Romincka forest covers an area of about 35 500 ha, of which within the limits of our country and 12 000. The territory of the Park is like a place of transition between the landscape of Masuria, and Lake. It is characterized by alternating strips of the moraine and kemowych hills and surges from reaching your computer. Deniwelacje date back to even 120-140 m.

Hotel Water Park is rich in streams, rivers, springs are characteristic, lakes and Lake "STS". Vegetation the Park is varied, though the edge has a forest boreal type, resembling taiga. It is formed mainly of bór mixed with świerkiem and admixture of deciduous trees (oak, ash, hornbeam, a maple tree) with extensive underlining the Hazel Bush, and czeremchowym. For the protection of the most valuable floristic units created in the Park several nature reserves:

• Struga, Żytkiejmska
• Red Plow,
• Wild Angle

The most visited monument in the Park are rail bridges in the Stańczykach. These are not the only bridges on the route of the old railway, but from all the best. Similar, though much smaller in Kiepojciach.

Moderator: Zirkle- Instructor-qualified Tourism: hiking, Parakeet, a licensed tourist guide in the province-mzurskiego, belongs to the society for local history and active tourism 

Cycling route: ok. 50 km

Start: Stańczyki

Route: Stańczyki-Żytkiejmy-Skajzgiry-Golubie-Stańczyki

Leading : Andrew Salik-Tourism Instructor Qualified in the field of cycling, belongs to the society for local history and active tourism.

The cost of 20 €/pers.
