With think about children and young people and the sense of security of their families with initiative of the Mayor of the City of Ełk, additional specialists were organized. W In the face of worrying events, it is particularly important that children and young people could count on the support of adults, and parents had the opportunity to obtain professional advice. Adults' peace of mind helps build a sense of security in children, so on-call hours will be an opportunity to talk, dispel doubts and get practical tips. During on-call hours, parents will learn how to how to talk to your children about difficult events, how to respond to questions and respond to emerging anxiety. Specialists, on the other hand, will suggest how to support the youngest in stressful situations and strengthen their sense of security.

On-call are primarily preventive in nature and are intended to provide residents with space for calm conversation and support at a time when they can need.
