A lesson in responsibility and decision-making
22 October 2026, Author: Mateusz Gałęski
Today (22 October), the students of the "White School" visited the Town Hall of Ełk. As part of the civic lesson, they had the opportunity to play the role of councillors. During an unofficial meeting, to which the young people were invited by the Mayor of the City of Ełk, Tomasz Andrukiewicz, a simulation was carried out. The students decided on the financing of tasks and investments.
Young people from the Second High School in the Krzysztof Kamil Baczyński School Complex No. 2 in Ełk also learned a lot about the work of the Registry Office. The last point of the visit was to visit the headquarters of the Municipal Guard in Ełk, more precisely the city monitoring center.
Thank you for visiting!
