Municipal government  as part of cooperation with non-governmental organizations, m.in commissions them to implement its statutory tasks. Today (19 January) in the Ełk City Hall, the contracts were signed the following organisations:

Supporting creators of culture in Ełk:

• Ełk Society Music
  Task: Ełk Mass – recording Cd
  

Supporting development of competitive sport and development of sport for children and young people:

• Judo Club Shamo Elk
  Task: We are fighting for the National Team in Sumo – participation of KJ Shamo Ełk players in PZSumo ranking competitions
  

• Student Club Sports "Nenufar 5"
  Task: WMZKosz U-13 Juniors and U-15 Cadets
  

Activities for children and young people through the organization of winter recreation:

• St. John's Oratory Bosko in Elk
  Task: WINTER IN THE CITY half-camps with the Oratory
  

Out-of-competition mode:

• Association "Family of Families"
  Task: Marriage Week
