Grants for co-financing conservation works, restoration or construction works may be granted to objects:

1.      entered in the register of monuments or the municipal register Monuments

2. being in evil Condition

3. having for Ełk significant historical, artistic or tourist significance – Leisure.

Entities may apply for a subsidy, which have legal title to an object entered in the register of monuments and are not included in the public finance sector, i.e. natural persons or entities organizational with legal title to real estate, resulting from the law ownership, perpetual usufruct, permanent management, limited right material or contractual relationship, in accordance with the provisions of the Act on protection of monuments and care for monuments.

Amount to be distributed in the contest amounts to PLN 150,000 – buildings residential and other historic buildings.

The grant may include m.in.:

- protection, preservation and consolidation of the monument,

- structural stabilization of the components of the monument or their reproduction,

- renewal or supplementation of plaster and architectural cladding, or their complete restoration, taking into account the characteristic for this monument of colours,

- renewal or complete restoration of window joinery and door, roof truss, roofing,

- damp proofing,

- purchase of conservation and building materials, necessary to carry out works and works,

- purchase and installation of burglary protection system and fire and lightning protection.

Until 17 February 2023 The call for proposals under the call for grants for conservation, restoration or construction works at the monument entered in the register of monuments or in the municipal register of monuments located in the City of Ełk.

Applications can be submitted between 7:30 and 15:30 at the office general Ełk City Hall, room 02.
