Stalag I F Sudauen – prisoner-of-war camp near Suwałki, now in the Północ settlement, it functioned in June and July 1941 year as Oflag 68, and from autumn 1942 as Stalag I/F Sudauen.

Estimated The number of victims who lost their lives in this camp is 50,000 people. The more surprising is the fact that it is very difficult to find any scientific film or book studies describing the history of this Camp. The inspiration for the documentary was a book Mr. Edmund Soboń entitled "Stalag IF Sudauen – hell under the sky Suwałki". The above book is the most comprehensive study dealing with the existence of the Stalag IF camp.

Director The film is Krzysztof Dawid Kowalewski – Suwałki resident, filmmaker and photographer. He will take part in the discussion, after the screening, which will be hosted by Kazimierz Bogusz. Dr. Stefan will also be a guest Michael Marcinkiewicz.
