Celebrations of the anniversary of the USSR's invasion of Poland were held

Yesterday (September 17) in Ełk took place the celebration of the 84th anniversary of the Soviet Union's aggression against Poland. In the Cathedral of St. Adalbert in Ełk at At 6:00 p.m., a Holy Mass was held, followed by the laying of flowers at the Monument to the Sign of Martyrdom Polish Nation dedicated to the memory of the Murdered, Fallen and Missing and the Victims of the twentieth century.

Yesterday took place The city's festivities, which began with a Mass at 6 p.m. in the cathedral St. Adalbert. The celebrations in Ełk were attended by m.in the president of Ełk Tomasz Andrukiewicz with deputy Mirosław Hołubowicz, as well as representatives of a number of institutions and associations of cities who laid flowers at the Monument of the Sign Martyrdom of the Polish Nation dedicated to the Memory of the Murdered, the Fallen and Missing and Victims of the Twentieth Century.
