Open calls for proposals for NGOs for the implementation of tasks Ełk City Government:

1. Activities public benefit for the city of Ełk in 2024 (entrustment and support):

a)      Ensuring safety above and on the water,

b)      non-formal education of children and young people,

c)      non-formal adult education,

d)     Supporting activity social welfare of persons with disabilities,

e)      Supporting activity social inclusion of older people,

f)       Supporting the business of volunteer work of the inhabitants of Ełk,

g)      environmental education, and protection of natural heritage,

h)     protection of animal rights, and actively taking care of their well-being in Ełk,

i)        supporting the social activity of the inhabitants of Ełk,

j)        supporting actions to promote national and ethnic minorities, in particular intercultural dialogue and integration with the local environment,

k)      rsocial revitalisation, in particular including support for grassroots initiatives of the inhabitants of Ełk
in the field of greenery in public spaces in the revitalisation area Social

l)        activities for children and young people through the organization of winter and summer recreation,

m)   supporting the organisation of cultural life in Ełk,

n)     Supporting cultural creators with Elk

o)      supporting the development of competitive sport,

p)     supporting the development of sport children and adolescents,

q)      supporting the development of sport Universal.

2. Prevention alcohol addiction aimed at homeless people from the city of Ełk in 2024 (prevention in shelters)

3. Provision shelters for homeless people staying in the city of Ełk in the heating plant in 2024

4.      Prevention of alcohol addiction in 2024 on behalf of the implementation of tasks public services in the following areas:

a)Prevention classes alcohol addiction for children, adolescents
and adults,

b)      withPrevention activities behavioural addictions for children, adolescents
and adults,

c)      activities for the benefit of children and young people by running day-care centres in the form of and/or yard work.

The amount of funds from the city budget for the implementation tasks shall be 3 730 720 £.
