Acting pursuant to Article 39(1) of the Act of 3 October 2008 on the provision of information on the environment and its protection, public participation in environmental protection and on environmental impact assessments (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1112) in conjunction with Article 37(3) of the Act of 11 January 2018 on electromobility and alternative fuels (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1083, as amended)

informs about

1) commencement by the Municipality of the City of Ełk to the development of a document entitled "Analysis of costs and benefits related to the use of zero-emission buses in the provision of public transport services (AKK) for the Municipality of the City of Ełk", hereinafter referred to as the Analysis.

2) the possibility of familiarizing yourself with the draft of the Analysis, which is available for inspection:

• in printed form in the Department of Municipal Property of the Ełk City Hall, 19-300 Ełk, 4 Marszałka Józefa Piłsudskiego Street, room 244,
• on the Office's website: https://www.elk.pl/,
• on the website of the Public Information Bulletin at: http://bip.elk.warmia.mazury.pl in the tab "Strategies, reports, studies" – the subtab "Analysis of costs and benefits related to the use of zero-emission buses in the provision of public transport services (AKK) for the Municipality of the City of Ełk".

Comments and proposals for the Analysis can be submitted from 8 August 2024 to 29 August 2024.

• by traditional mail in writing to the indicated correspondence address: Ełk City Hall, 4 Marszałka J. Piłsudskiego Street, 19-300 Ełk, with a note: "AKK Consultations"

- on the form for submitting comments and proposals constituting an attachment to this announcement and orally to the minutes at the seat of the Ełk City Hall, 4 Marszałka J. Piłsudskiego Street, 19-300 Ełk, room 244 during the working hours of the Office.

The deadline for submitting comments and proposals to the draft document entitled "Analysis of costs and benefits related to the use of zero-emission buses in the provision of public transport services organized by the Municipality of the City of Ełk" is August 29, 2024 (the date of receipt is decisive). Comments and applications submitted after this date will not be considered.

The authority competent to consider the comments and applications is the President of the City of Ełk.

This announcement is made public on August 7, 2024 for a period of not less than 21 days, by placing in the Public Information Bulletin of the Ełk City Hall: http://bip.elk.warmia.mazury.pl, on the website of the Ełk City Hall – http://www.elk.pl and on the notice board of the Ełk City Hall.
