Competition for an outstanding diploma thesis on topics related to the City of Ełk

Until October 15, the call for works in the 17th edition of the "Competition for an outstanding diploma thesis on topics related to the City of Ełk" is open. The prize pool is PLN 10,000.

This is the 17th edition of the Competition addressed to graduates of master's, engineer's, bachelor's, doctoral studies and postgraduate students who will undertake to write their thesis on Ełk, in the area of e.g. tourism and recreation, social policy, public administration, architecture or entrepreneurship development.

The aim of the competition is to popularize the subject matter related to Ełk, to enable the authors of the work to promote their achievements, as well as to encourage them to undertake innovative scientific and research works devoted to our city.

The prize pool is PLN 10,000.

Call for works until October 15, 2024.

Last year, 15 works were submitted to the competition. After reviewing the recommendation of the Chapter, the Mayor of Ełk awarded three prizes and three distinctions.
