Mayor of Ełk scholarships for the best students municipal schools for social activity and academic results for the period from 1 September by 31 December 2024 The award ceremony took place today (13.11.2024) in Ełk City Hall.

Each year, the best students of the city's schools receive from of the President of Ełk scholarships for social activity and academic results.

Scholarships are awarded to support students financially primary schools (grades V-VIII) and the Secondary School in Sports School Complex who demonstrate significant social activity and achieve very good academic results.

For the scholarship period from September 1 to December 31, 2024, the following were received: 122 applications. The Mayor of the City awarded 28 scholarships, which went to students of municipal schools:

- Primary School No. 1 in Ełk – 2 students,

- Danuta Siedzikówna "Inka" Primary School No. 2 in Ełk – 2 students,

- Henryk Sienkiewicz Primary School No. 3 in Ełk – 2 Students

- Prof. Władysław Szafer Primary School No. 4 in Ełk – 6 students,

- Maria Konopnicka Primary School No. 5 in Ełk – 5 Students

- Polish Olympians Primary Sports School No. 6 in Ełk in the Sports School Complex in Ełk – 2 students,

- Primary School No. 7 with Integration Departments in Ełk – 2 students,

- John Paul II Primary School No. 9 in Ełk – 4 Students

- VI High School of Polish Olympians in Ełk in the Sports School Complex in Ełk – 3 students.

Total amount of scholarships awarded for the period September – December 2024 is PLN 21,200.

The scholarships are worth PLN 150 (grades V and VI), PLN 200 (grades VII and VIII) and PLN 250 in the High School per month
and will be paid directly in schools.
