City Ełk has signed an agreement with the Polish Automotive Network "SPECPART" Sp. z o.o., under which residents with the Ełk Senior Card 60+ and the Ełk Senior Card The Family 3+ Card can take advantage of attractive discounts and free services offered by the point of sale "Specpart" Batteries Ełk.
Discount will be carried out at the point of sale of "Specpart" Batteries in Ełk, at ul. Wojska Polskiego 23c in Ełk.
