Information about the call:

1. I announce an open call for members of the committee representatives of non-governmental organisations or entities listed in Article 3(3) of the Act on Benefit Activities public service and volunteering.
2. One organization can indicate one person.
3. Work in the commission is unpaid.
4. Candidates for selection board membership must meet all of the following conditions:

a)     be indicated in writing by the NGO or an entity listed in Article 3(3) of the Act on Non-Profit Activities and voluntary work registered and operating in the the territory of the Republic of Poland;

b)     cannot represent in the competition committee organisation or entity taking part in open competitions for tenders for the implementation of the tasks of the Ełk city government in 2025;

c)     comply with the Code of Conduct administrative procedure concerning the exclusion of a worker;

d)     submit the following application documents:

·       cover letter describing the candidate and his/her experience and competence in the implementation of public tasks and evaluation of offers,

·       written authorization from the parent organization or entity to represent,

·       declaration by the organisation/entity that it does not intends to take part in the open competitions of offers for the implementation of the tasks of the local government of the city of Ełk in 2025.

Notification documents with the note 'Commission Konkursowa 2025" should be sent by traditional mail to the following address: City Hall Piłsudskiego 4, 19-300 Ełk or delivered in person at the Office Cooperation with Non-Governmental Organizations of the Ełk City Hall at ul. Małeckich 3, room no. 10 or using the ePUAP of the Ełk City Hall.
2. The call for applications will last from 6 to 12 December 2024 during the working hours of the Office.
3. The date of receipt of documents at the Office is important.
4. In the event of a large number of applications with candidates interviews will be conducted.
5. Results of the call and notification of its results will be made by December 20, 2024.
