A unique event is ahead of us - this Friday, March 28 at 5.00 p.m. in the Spectacle Hall of the Ełk Cultural Center the third edition will take place Vocal Festival: The Voice of Belfer. This year's edition will be held under the with the slogan: "Ełk – here I sing! 600 years have passed...".

The Voice of Belfer is an artistic event during which talented vocal teachers from primary, secondary and kindergarten schools in Ełk and Ełk County will present their vocal talents in front of a wide range of Audience. On this day, teachers will be evaluated instead of grading.
