Teresa Guzewicz was born on October 15, 1925 in the village of Baranovichi, currently located in Belarus.

During the meeting, Mrs. Teresa shared with the guests a colorful the story of his life and the long way to Ełk. It was here that she found peace and happiness and started a family. She came to our city in 1956 from Kazakhstan, where she was forced to work in a labor camp for several years. As the recalls that the moment when she came to Ełk, to her new home, is the happiest moment of her life.

And what is her recipe for such a long and healthy life? It turns out very sweet. Honey. A lot of honey. For breakfast, for dinner and Dinner. Mrs. Teresa loves milk soup, eats very little meat and a lot of cottage cheese.
