Bids can be submitted by non-governmental organizations and entities referred to in Article 3(3) of the Act of 24 April 2003 on activities of public benefit and volunteering.

All matters related to the competition, i.e. announcing competitions, submitting tenders, formal evaluation and substantive analysis, selection of offers, negotiation of contract terms and their signing, implementation of tasks and reporting is carried out with the use of service www.witkac.pl.

The task will be ordered in the form of entrustment.

No own contribution is required.

Formal and substantive evaluation deadline up to 30 days from the date of submission of the offer.

Deadline for deciding on the offer (selection, grant amount and approval of the task to be implemented) up to 40 days from the date of submission of the offer.

Place of implementation of the task: the city of Ełk, the area of the country.

The amount of funds from the city budget for the implementation of of the above tasks amounts to PLN 200,000.
