Program "Care 75+" – 2026 edition is a government program of the Ministry of Family and Labour and Social Policy, addressed directly to municipalities, as a support for financial services in the implementation of own tasks of a mandatory nature in the field of assistance social sector. Program It is co-financed by a targeted subsidy from the state budget.

Purpose program

The aim of the programme is to increase access to care services, including specialist care services, for persons aged 75 and over who are single persons (in accordance with Article 6(9) of the Social Assistance Act) or are single persons (in accordance with Article 6(10) of the Social Assistance Act), as well as those who remain in the family.

Implementation program

Program is an element of the social policy of the state in terms of providing people in aged 75 and over support and assistance adequate to the needs and capabilities of the resulting from age and health, as part of care services, including specialist services caring institutions. It also aims to improve the quality of life of people aged 75 and more.

The scope, period and place of the provision of services, and also the amount of payment for services shall be determined by a decision administrative procedure, after the environmental interview has been conducted by the employee social welfare centre in Ełk, in accordance with the regulations of the of the Social Assistance Act.

Care Services are carried out by the environmental caregivers of the Municipal Assistance Center Social Welfare Center in Ełk and by caregivers employed in the non-governmental organization of the Foundation "Kocham Jasiek" with its registered office in Ełk, telephone contact: 739 927 247, E-mail: biuro@kochamjaska.pl.

Financing programme in 2026

In in connection with the planned implementation of the Programme in 2026, once again submitted There was a need for co-financing its implementation.

Planned total cost of the task: PLN 1,075,452, in including:

• subsidy from the state budget: PLN 645,271
• own contribution of the Municipality of Ełk: PLN
