Works on the replacement of lighting poles will be divided into 4 stages (sections). In each stage, it is planned to replacement of 2 light poles. The speed of vehicles will be limited to 30 km/h. and the right lane will be occupied on each section. On the left lane there will be There was a ban on parking in order to allow cars to pass.
