Military exercises using means of simulating a battlefield are planned tactical trainings that result in noise, bang, fire and smoke. Their aim is to make the conditions of operations more realistic combat operations.

The exercises will take place on 26 and 27 September 2026 in the area of military facility located at Dolna Street in Ełk. Residents are asked to remain calm and not to be concerned about the noises explosions. The training will be carried out in accordance with the regulations of the facility in from 07:00 to 19:00. A march of troops is also planned, due to the which can be expected to increase the traffic of columns of foot soldiers.
