The brine graduation tower is one of the projects submitted and selected in the Ełk Civic Budget – 2024 edition. On the project submitted by the inhabitants of Ełk, a total of 1245 people cast their votes.

The construction site was handed over to the contractor. The area is fenced.  The graduation tower will be built on the street Nadjeziorna, on plot No. 405/3, more specifically – in the area between the square and the green bridge. We signed the contract with the contractor in April 2025. So why is the graduation tower being built only now? After many adversities related to obtaining a permit for construction, failure to obtain it and appeal against this decision to the voivode, Finally, the formalities to implement this project have been completed.

In the first stage, the contractor will build one graduation tower with pergola, brine tanks, technical chamber and the necessary installations. Accompanying infrastructure will also be built, including lighting, monitoring and small architecture (benches, garbage bins). Arranged There will also be greenery and decorative plantings.
